There is an opportunity cost to investing yourself in worry, resentments and the frantic struggle to survive financially. When you're anxious, you can't feel any peace within yourself. When you're resentful, you don't feel free. When you are struggling, you're out of the flow. It's not that the timeless spiritual qualities of peace, freedom and expansion go away; you just don't feel and experience their power. When you make a decision to develop your spirituality, including your beliefs and habits around money, you are investing in peace, freedom and possibility, which are spiritual qualities that yield infinite returns."
